Warranty Conditions and Return Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

The applicable manufacturer warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the product — POGGY LCD – personalized erasable drawing pad and LCD writing tablet with 20 templates, children’s drawing board.

The warranty applies only to products that have been stored and used correctly.

The warranty does not cover parts other than the POGGY LCD tablet itself.

A limited warranty of six (6) months from the date of purchase applies to the included battery – CR2025, 3V.

Warranty Conditions and Return Policy

You have a 14-day period to return the product/item. The return period begins from the moment the product/item is received — either at your personal address or at the courier company’s office by the end user or a third party authorized by the end user, other than the courier. In all cases, keep your cash receipts and payment documents until the 14-day return period has expired.

Products can be returned only if they are preserved in full and intact. Due to the nature of the product and for safety reasons, “POGGY” Ltd. strictly does not accept returns and the warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Expired warranty;
  • Failure to present a warranty card;
  • Intentional damage, improper use, or use for commercial purposes;
  • Discrepancies between the warranty card and the actual product, including dirty, torn, damaged, or illegible warranty cards;
  • Contamination and scratches on the product and/or its accessories;
  • Repairs and/or modifications performed by the user;
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or external forces;
  • Defects resulting from improper use, negligence, and/or misuse;
  • Damage caused by pressure, twisting, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, sudden temperature changes, corrosion, oxidation, or exposing the product to chemicals such as cleaning agents, disinfectants, etc.;
  • Use of the product in water, getting it wet, or exposure to rain.

Compromised products will not be accepted. Products must also be returned with all original parts. Products that are used or have compromised commercial appearance — including but not limited to dirty, stained, torn, or broken items — are not eligible for return.

Distributor Warranty

Due to the nature of the product, “POGGY” Ltd., as the distributor of the POGGY LCD tablet, disclaims any explicit and absolute warranties that the product is suitable for you or your child.

“POGGY” Ltd. emphasizes that children’s drawing tablets are not medical or educational tools and do not replace parental care and supervision. They are intended solely for creative and recreational purposes.

The parent/guardian is fully responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for the child and how it is used. Please do not place an order if you believe that the tablet and/or its characteristics are not suitable for your child.

POGGY products are developed and manufactured in compliance with all applicable safety standards, including those related to health, vision, proper development, and overall child well-being. However, they cannot prevent or correct harm resulting from lack of supervision, improper and/or prolonged use, or external factors (such as falls, loss of balance, lack of concentration, overstimulation, etc.).

It is recommended that the tablet be used under adult supervision and for a reasonable duration to protect the eyes and align with the child’s developmental needs. Responsibility for safety, health, and proper use lies entirely with the parent/guardian. “POGGY” Ltd. encourages consultation with a specialist or the child’s personal or supervising physician/pediatrician if there is any doubt about the product’s suitability.

The responsibility for the child’s health and condition lies entirely with each user/guardian/parent.

Return Method

If the product you wish to return is within the 14-day return period, please package the item and send it back to us. The customer must provide packaging different from the original product packaging to ensure protection during transport. Products/items must be sent via Econt/Speedy together with the emailed invoice (for prepaid orders) or the proforma invoice (received by email) and the courier receipt (for cash-on-delivery orders), along with a completed return form to the following address:

“POGGY” Ltd. is not responsible for loss and/or damage of products during return transportation. We recommend keeping the courier receipt as proof of shipment in case of force majeure circumstances or courier delays.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Products past the 14-day return period are not eligible for return or replacement.

Any bank fees for refunding cash-on-delivery payments are fully borne by the recipient.

All prepaid orders via VPOS DSK are refunded to the card used during the original purchase.

Products purchased during promotions are not eligible for return or replacement unless a proven defect is present.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the return conditions are not met.

How to use

  • Steps for drawing with stencils
  1. Place the stencil card. Align the card on the Poggy Pad screen (or in the designated guides/clips) so the image is stable.
  2. Trace the outlines. With the Poggy Pen, carefully trace the lines on the card until they appear on the screen.
  3. Remove the card. Remove the stencil to see only your own drawing on the screen.
  4. Save the drawing. Press the “Lock” button or move the Lock switch to the ON position to prevent accidental erasing.
  5. Erase the drawing. If you want to clear the screen, deactivate Lock (if active), then press the “Erase” button.
  • Steps for drawing without stencils
  1. Remove the Poggy Pen and start drawing or writing directly on the screen.
  2. Press the “Erase” button to clear the screen.
  3. Use the “Lock” button to save the drawing and prevent accidental erasing.
